You do NOT need to spend time to pre-install any software. Everything is internet browser based. All you need is a good-quality headset (microphone and earphone can be separate) which we will mail to you along with a full set of course books upon your course payment. To optimize the result, we highly recommend that you join our session via broadband internet connection.

Once you sign up for our Interactive Online Courses, we will also email you step-by-step setup instructions with screen shots to help you get started with using your mike and earphone.
